Temple Emanuel Welcomes Rosalie Gerut as Spiritual Leader
Temple Emanuel of Marlborough is excited to announce that Rosalie Gerut will join us as our new Spiritual Leader
beginning September 1, 2025. Rosalie brings with her an amazing and eclectic mix of skills and knowledge, enhanced
by her background as an internationally credited singer/songwriter. Ms. Gerut, who previously developed and led
Temple Emanuel of Marlborough is excited to announce that Rosalie Gerut will join us as our new Spiritual Leader
beginning September 1, 2025. Rosalie brings with her an amazing and eclectic mix of skills and knowledge, enhanced
by her background as an internationally credited singer/songwriter. Ms. Gerut, who previously developed and led
adult programs and services at Kerem Shalom in Concord, MA, holds a B.A. from Brandeis University,
an M.A. from Tufts University and is an Educational Psychologist. A child of Holocaust survivors,
Rosalie started One-By-One Inc., where she facilitates groups of Holocaust survivors, their descendants and
the descendants of Nazi parents. She co-authored the book Journeys of Transformation, in which she shares

Steven Aisenberg will lead our High Holiday services this fall. Steve previously taught Hebrew reading and
tutored Bar and Bat Mitzvah students at Temple Emanuel. He is a co-founder of the Im Tiertsu organization,
